Hikerdelic Drifter Fleece
Olive / OrangeEveryone (ok, everyone who is a bit of a geek) knows fleece fabric was first developed in the 70s via a partnership between a certain Patagonia brand and Polartec. The idea was to create something synthetic that had the warmth properties of wool, but was also light and quick-drying. Fleece was born. Since then, it has found its way everywhere. No wardrobe is complete without some sort of fleece item and having done some pretty popular shaggy sherpa fleece items of our own over the last few years, this is our first foray into a more polarfleece arena.
The Drifter Fleece comes in a choice of two colours. One inspired by the depths of autumn and one that takes its cue from late summer and early spring. They both do the same job and are both here in limited numbers, but which colour you elect to employ depends on your mood.
These are a slightly boxy fit, designed for activity, albeit light activity, like perhaps out walking the dog, wandering around an area of outstanding natural beauty or just socialising with some exciteable friends. You know the ones.
